At Nefficar, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth post-purchase experience. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) issues must be reported within 48 hours

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and invoice

  • Returns are not accepted for used, installed, or incorrectly ordered items

  • COD refunds will be issued as store credit, valid for 1 year


Returns – Eligibility and Conditions

Returns are accepted only if the request is made within 5 calendar days from the delivery date (based on courier tracking). After this window, no return or refund will be processed.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories

  • A copy of the invoice or valid proof of purchase must be provided

Returns that show any of the following will not be accepted:

  • Signs of use, wear, or damage

  • Installation by the customer or third party

  • Missing original packaging or accessories

All returns must be pre-authorized. Customers must contact Nefficar Support to initiate a return request. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Dead on Arrival (DOA) – Audio Devices

Products such as voice amplifiers, wireless microphones, and karaoke systems are eligible for return or replacement only if found to be DOA, and the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

DOA conditions include:

  • Device not powering on

  • No audio output or only one-sided sound

  • Microphone not pairing or transmitting

  • Constant distortion or buzzing sound

  • Bluetooth not functioning

  • Battery not charging or draining immediately

  • Display or indicators not functioning

Verification process:

  • Customer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, with packaging and invoice intact

  • A video call verification with Nefficar’s chat support team is mandatory

    • The defect must be clearly demonstrated

    • The invoice must be shown during the call

If the issue is verified and approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Wrong product ordered by the customer

  • Products showing any signs of usage or installation

  • Missing packaging, invoice, or accessories

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Downloadable software or gift cards

  • Health and personal care items marked non-returnable


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.


Note for COD Orders

  • A ₹100 convenience fee will be deducted from the refund amount, in addition to any applicable shipping charges

  • Refunds cannot be issued to bank accounts for COD orders, instead, a store credit voucher (valid for 12 months) will be issued for the refund amount


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account or payment method

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is reflected)

  3. Contact your bank for processing updates

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale or under promotional pricing are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for products that are defective or damaged. Please contact us within the return window to initiate the process.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient:

  • A gift credit will be issued upon return

  • Once processed, a gift certificate will be emailed

If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be processed to the original buyer.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved, the return shipping and any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount

For items valued over ₹999, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the return otherwise.
