UNBOXED Warranty & Return Policy
1. What are UNBOXED products?
UNBOXED items are products that fall into one of the following categories:
• Customer returns where the box was opened but the product was not used
• Units opened for inspection, demo, photoshoot, or internal quality-check
All UNBOXED items are tested and confirmed to be working before shipping.
2. Condition of UNBOXED Products
• The outer box may be opened, re-sealed, slightly torn, or show minor handling marks
• The product itself is unused and fully functional
• Minor cosmetic signs on the packaging/product do not affect performance
UNBOXED products are not refurbished, repaired, or previously used.
3. Warranty
UNBOXED products include a 30-days seller warranty covering internal functional defects.
Warranty does not cover:
• Cosmetic imperfections
• Packaging dissatisfaction
• Damage after delivery
• Drops, misuse, or unauthorized repairs
• Battery related issues
4. Returns & Replacement
UNBOXED items are eligible for a 3-day replacement only in case of a verified functional issue.
Replacements are not offered for:
• Change of mind
• Cosmetic marks
• Packaging wear
• Minor scratches not affecting performance
5. Accessories & Packaging
• All essential functional accessories are included
• Packaging may differ from a brand-new retail box or may be re-sealed
6. Important Notes
• Each UNBOXED product undergoes full functionality testing before dispatch
• These items offer excellent value at a reduced price
• Performance and internal quality remain the same as new products
